Production Ready Nylon Parts

Looking for small batch production high end parts? Our Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printer can produce strong, durable parts in Nylon 12 GF.

The Formlabs Fuse 1+ SLS 3D printer is capable of producing parts with dimensions up to 165x165x300mm. It ensures high precision and uniform mechanical properties in all directions, unlike conventional filament printing methods. The final prints from the Fuse 1+ boast both strength and intricate detail, making them ideal for rigorous functional testing or ready-to-use replacement parts and products for customers.

PLA

Made from renewable resources and is biodegradable, PLA produces clean strong prints and withstands temperatures up to 55°C without deforming. Available in fancy finishes and special versions like real wood fiber, and translucent.

PETG

Chemical & impact resistant PETG offers durability. Less brittle than PLA, it can handle temperatures greater than 80°C and withstand UV light. Availalbe in many colours including translucent, glow in the dark, and fluorescent.

Flexible TPU

TPU is thermoplastic polyurethane and is referred to as the bridge between rubbers and plastics. Being flexible with a soft feel, it's a popular choice for drone parts, camera mounts, and objects requiring elastic deformation.
